Contest Rules
Contests
All our contests are open to listeners 18 years or
older, unless otherwise specified. Winners less than 18 years of age,
must have a parent or legal guardian accept the prize on his/her
behalf.
Employees, Officers, Directors, Agents, Representatives
and immediate family members of KBIQ and Bison Media, Inc. it's Parent
Company, it's Parent's affiliated companies, and it's advertising and
promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the contests.
Contests
are void where prohibited by law and in case of any contest dispute due
to human error or equipment malfunction, the decision of the General
Manager in awarding of any prizes is final.
Contestants may not win more than one prize during any 30-day period. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the date of winning. Any prize not claimed within 30 days becomes the property of KBIQ and may be awarded to another listerner at the discretion of the KBIQ General Manager. All entries become the sole property of KBIQ and winners are responsible for any and all taxes on prizes. Any winner of a prize valued at $600 or more, or any accumulation of prizes for that total $600 or more is ineligible to win again for 12 consecutive calendar months after the date of the prize award.
These are the rules covering all contests on KBIQ unless otherwise stated. Other rules may apply to each contest. Complete rules for KBIQ contests are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the KBIQ studios and on the KBIQ website.
