Official Contest Rules

1. The Stick with the QII Contest (“Contest”) is open to all U.S. residents in the KBIQ broadcast listening area 18 years of age or older who register by completing an official entry form at www.kbiqradio.com (look for Stick with the Q in the slideshow) and has a Q102.7 KBIQ sticker on their car in a visible location between February 1, 2010 and April 16, 2010. Each entrant may complete only one entry per person or entity. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Bison Media, Inc. – KBIQ(FM) (“Radio Station”), its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. There will be ninety (90) call-in qualifiers (“Call-in Qualifier”). Each weekday morning at approximately 7:20 a.m. the Q Morning Crew will announce two call times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for that day. At the two designated times the 7th caller to 719-531-9745 will have a chance to win a key voucher for a key which may start the car leased as the Grand Prize. If the 7th caller is not registered additional calls will be taken until an eligible caller is found. Only one key voucher per registered address.

3. Alternate entry method. Each Friday or Saturday during the contest and at the Final Celebration the KBIQ street team will hold a “Sticker Stop”. The day, time, and location of the “Sticker Stop” will be announced each weekday at various times during the Morning Show. At each Sticker Stop listeners will be able to register for the Contest, pick up a Q102.7 KBIQ sticker, and enter the “Sticker Stop Drawing.” It is only necessary to register one time to be eligible to win a key voucher; however, to be eligible for the “Sticker Stop Drawing” listeners must register at that Sticker Stop and not have already won a key voucher. At 10:00 a.m. one (1) entry (two (2) entries at the Final Celebration) will be drawn from among all entries at that Sticker Stop, the selected entry will receive a key voucher. If the selected entry already has a key voucher, additional entries will be selected until one (1) (two (2) entries at the Final Celebration) eligible entry is selected (“Sticker Stop Qualifier”).

4. There will be ten (10) Weekly Winners. Each Friday at 12:00 p.m. one Call-in Qualifier and/or Sticker Stop Qualifier (collectively “Key Voucher Winner”) will be selected by random drawing from among all Key Voucher Winners received through 6:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately preceding the drawing. The first entry selected will win the “Drawing Prize”. Only one Weekly Prize per Key Voucher Winner, however, Weekly Winners will be eligible for the Grand Prize.

5. There will be one (1) Final Celebration Winner. Saturday April 17, 2010 at approximately 11:30 a.m. one winner will be selected by random drawing from ALL registered listeners present at Phil Long Hyundai, Colorado Springs located at 1510 Auto Mall Loop, Colorado Springs, Co 80920 (“Final Celebration”). Listeners may register at the Final Celebration between 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Each eligible listener will receive a ticket upon arrival and must be present to win. If the Final Celebration Winner is also a Key Voucher Winner they will still be eligible for the Grand Prize.

6. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Each Key Voucher Winner must register at the Final Celebration upon arrival. After the Final Celebration Winner is selected each registered Key Voucher Winner will exchange their key voucher in the order of their registration at the Final Celebration for a key in a bowl of keys and attempt to start the car, until a key is chosen that starts the car. When the car starts, the contest is over.

7. Key voucher winners must be present at the Final Celebration to win, and must present their key voucher at the time and place of the Grand Prize drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail, telephone, or regular mail within two weeks from the date of selection or at the time of winning. Each winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability, a W-9 tax form, and, where lawful, a publicity release. Winner must provide photo identification, proof of Colorado residence, and in the case of the Grand Prize, proof of vehicle liability insurance. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release within two weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his or her, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation. Each prize will be awarded within approximately two weeks after all required proof and documentation is received. The Grand Prize winner has until April 30, 2010 to redeem the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and the number of key voucher winners present at the Grand Prize drawing. Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged or mishandled entries.

8. There are ninety (90) Call-in Qualifier Prizes. Each Call-in Qualifier Winner will receive a Family Four Pack to Chick-fil-A with an approximate retail value of $20.00. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Call-in Qualifier Prizes; provided, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. There are ten (10) Weekly Prizes: the Drawing Prize will be for a Asus 195T 19” wide screen computer monitor with an approximate retail value of $100. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Weekly Prize; provided, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

10. There is one (1) Final Celebration Prize; a gift certificate for $1,650 from Greg Unseth Painting for house painting an approximate retail value of up to $1,650.00. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given the Final Celebration Prize; provided, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

11. There is one (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner may select 1) a two year lease of a 2010 Hyundai Sonata GLS, with automatic transmission, power steering, AM/FM single play CD, and air conditioning with an MSRP of $5,000 (“Grand Prize”) or 2) One Thousand Dollars ($1,500) cash (“Alternate Grand Prize”). Prize winner must meet leasing company criteria, provide comprehensive insurance satisfactory to leasing company, pay for all routine maintenance on the vehicle, and is responsible for excess wear and tear and mileage in excess of 24,000 miles at a rate of $0.15 per mile. If the Grand Prize winner does not meet the leasing company’s requirements, they will receive the Alternate Grand Prize. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Grand Prize; provided, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

12. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Contest Judge. All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the General Manger of Radio Station (“Contest Judge”), whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or acts (i) in an unprofessional manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for all license, registration, and other fees or charges for the Grand Prize. All federal, state, and local laws apply. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
